Orange's House (“we”) respects the privacy of the personal data of this website's users. This notice describes how we process data collected through this site, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data we collect

We collect the data you voluntarily provide via the contact form or by writing to us on WhatsApp, phone and email (e.g. name, email, phone, preferred property, stay dates, number of guests and message). Providing it is optional, but without the data requested in the form we cannot reply. The site does not use profiling cookies, analytics or advertising tools.

Like all websites, our hosting server automatically logs some technical browsing data (e.g. IP address, date and time, requested page) to keep the service secure and working.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data only to reply to your requests and manage any booking. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box in the contact form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), and pre‑contractual and contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b). You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to antiocosolas@gmail.com, without affecting the lawfulness of processing already carried out. We do not use the data for marketing and do not share it with third parties for such purposes.

Recipients and third‑party services

The contact form prepares a message that you send yourself via WhatsApp (a service of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd / Meta) or through your email app: from then on the data is also processed under their own privacy notices. Data may be processed by the site's hosting provider, acting as data processor. The map on the Contact page is provided by Google Maps and is loaded only after you click: only in that case may Google (Google Ireland Ltd) set cookies and collect data about your visit, under its own privacy notice.

Retention

We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle the request and any stay and, afterwards, for the period required by law (e.g. tax and public‑security obligations). Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification or erasure of your data at any time, along with the other rights under Articles 15‑22 GDPR (restriction, portability, objection), by writing to antiocosolas@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
